What we do ?

From the most remote corners of Coventry to the highest parts of Midland, we can manage and deliver world-class clinical and behavioural support, ranging from 6:1 to 1:1 round-the-clock care, or individual hours tailored to an individual’s needs – significantly improving the quality of peoples’ lives. Our care philosophy of focusing on the whole person, combined with a significant depth and wealth of specialist clinical expertise, enables us to support and care for individuals who are most at risk to themselves or others.
Our outcome-focused approach is underpinned by Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) promoting personal choice, inclusion, participation and equality of opportunity. We tailor our care to each individual and their specific needs, helping their environment fit in with them – not the other way around. We are proud to change lives for the better and demonstrate what world-class community care looks like every day.
