Our history

Since 2007, KareAid has been working hard to help the healthcare sector by matching the right staff to the right client. We’re passionate about helping care organisations to manage their staff better. We believe in the personal connections between emotional needs to physical needs. Delivering outstanding care comes from being focussed on the person and holistically assessing their needs. We put person-centred care in the heart of our mission.

    We aim to become the world's leading healthcare worker resource platform and a pioneer in treatment and care at home. We’re creating a healthcare ecosystem that’s modern, joined up, efficient, reliable and most of all, effective. One that’s accessible to everyone and provides exceptional training and support.

    To create the best trained workforce, we see ourselves as the sector’s learning partner for life, offering high quality immersive and interactive training via our mobile app and website. Learning and development that’s not only modern, rigorous and comprehensive – but free at the point of access.

    To democratise advancements in treatment and care at home, we offer hospital-level treatment at home and other settings from the kind of clinical professionals patients normally only see at an outpatients clinic. Taking the strain off hospitals and the strain off patients too.

To support health provider deliver the highest standards of nursing care when no one else can.

Our vision:
To be the trusted of exceptional nurses and HCA to the NHS and private sector, often at extremely short notice.

Our philosophy of care

At KareAid, we are guided by a common set of values. We believe that delivering care has to be a holistic, transparent and person-centred approach. That’s the reason why we only recruit agents who share the same vision.

For service users and clients, we aim to:
